The “ManKind Project” is an international organisation whose main aim is to develop leadership, emotional intelligence and integrity.
The association aims to help create a world characterised by interpersonal connection and solidarity by putting its values into practice: responsibility, integrity, leadership, personal development, authenticity and connection with others.
At the heart of the MKP’s activities lies the ‘Initiatory Adventure’ weekend

We empower everyone to become mature and responsible adults through guided experiences and strong community support.

------------ WHAT MAKES MKP BELGIUM UNIQUE ------------
At MKP Belgium, we value diversity because we recognise the importance of living in harmony with people from all walks of life. Initially, we only accepted cisgender men, but in 2025, in order to reflect the realities of today’s world, our association decided to embrace greater diversity by including other genders.
For over a year now, we have been welcoming cis men, trans men, non-binary people and/or intersex people to our activities. During our introductory adventures, you may therefore encounter these individuals both amongst the support staff and within the group of participants taking part in the weekend.

------------ SOCIAL CHANGE ------------
The ManKind Project has institutional links with two equivalent women’s communities that offer initiation programmes for women. These organisations share the same goals of personal fulfilment in the service of a better world.
Mixed-gender groups are regularly organised, bringing together men and members of our three associations.

Sacrée femme offers an introductory weekend followed by training sessions in a safe environment, to help us explore and express our emotions
